Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can remove your Facebook login data and all information used by Vizzano.

Our store allows customers to log in using their Facebook account. When you log in with Facebook, we receive information such as your public profile (name, email address, and Facebook profile ID). This information is used only to create and manage your customer account on vznshoes.com.

According to Meta (Facebook) policies, we must provide a way for you to request deletion of this data. You can delete this data in two ways:

1. Remove the Vizzano app from your Facebook account

This removes your Facebook permissions and deletes Facebook’s access to your data.

Steps:

  1. Open your Facebook account

  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings

  3. Select Apps and Websites

  4. Find Vizzano in your list of connected apps

  5. Click Remove

Once removed, Facebook will delete the permissions previously granted to the Vizzano app.

2. Request deletion of your customer account data in Vizzano

If you want us to delete all personal data associated with your Facebook login (including your customer account on our Shopify store), you may request it at any time.

Include the email address connected to your Facebook account or any information that helps us locate your record (such as your name or order number).

Once we receive your deletion request, we will:

  • Locate your customer account

  • Permanently delete or anonymize your personal data (unless we must keep some for legal/tax purposes)

  • Email you to confirm once deletion is completed
